Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between KIM MIN HYE(clawgrab) (the "Company") and users regarding the use of the mobile game and related services (the "Service") provided by the Company.

2. Definitions

  1. "User" means any person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  2. "Account" means the information assigned to identify a user and enable use of the Service.
  3. "Content" means all game data, items, in-game currency, and other materials provided within the Service.

3. Effect and Amendment of Terms

  1. These Terms take effect when posted within the Service or otherwise notified to users.
  2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law, and will give prior notice stating the effective date and reason for any amendment.
  3. If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may stop using the Service and withdraw their account.

4. Provision and Change of Service

  1. The Service is, in principle, provided 24 hours a day, year-round.
  2. The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service for system maintenance or operational and technical needs, with prior notice. In urgent cases, notice may be given afterward.

5. Account Management

  1. Users are responsible for managing their accounts and may not transfer or lend them to third parties.
  2. Users must immediately notify the Company upon becoming aware that their account has been stolen or used fraudulently.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following:

  1. Stealing others' information or registering false information;
  2. Intentionally interfering with the Company's operation of the Service;
  3. Using the Service through abnormal means (bugs, automation programs, etc.);
  4. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Content;
  5. Any other conduct that violates applicable law or these Terms.

7. Payment and Refunds

  1. Payment for paid content within the Service is processed through the payment methods provided by each app marketplace (such as Google Play).
  2. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and the refund policy of the relevant app marketplace.
  3. Content that has already been used or delivered may be ineligible for refund, except as required by applicable law.

8. Restriction of Service Use

If a user violates these Terms or interferes with the normal operation of the Service, the Company may, after prior notice, restrict the user's access or suspend the account. Where the violation is serious, action may be taken without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. The Company is not liable for Service disruptions caused by force majeure or by reasons attributable to the user.
  2. The Company is not liable for any profit a user expected to gain through the Service but did not.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. In the event of a dispute, the Company and the user shall make good-faith efforts to resolve it. If no agreement is reached, the competent court shall be determined in accordance with applicable civil procedure law.
